Welcome to EGDesk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EGDesk desktop application and web interface (collectively, the "Service") provided by QUUS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using EGDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
EGDesk is a system that provides multiple ways to run MCP servers and AI models:
The Service is currently provided free of charge and is available as open-source software.

EGDesk is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not store your data on our servers. All data is stored either on your local PC or in your own Google account β never on EGDesk servers.

Apps Script MCP Data:
When using Apps Script MCP, data can be stored in both your local PC and your Google account (Sheets, Drive, Docs, etc.). We use Apps Script permissions only to manage the MCP server code β we do not collect or store your data in our database.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact us at m8chaa@gmail.com within 14 days of suspension. We will review your case and respond within 7 business days.
Effect of Termination:
Since your data is stored on your local PC and/or your own Google account, account termination only affects your ability to use the EGDesk web interface and Apps Script MCP management features. Your local data, desktop application functionality, and data in your Google account remain unaffected.
Google OAuth:
EGDesk uses Google OAuth for authentication. By using our Service, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We only access your basic profile information (email) for account identification.
Google Apps Script:
EGDesk uses Google Apps Script to create and run MCP servers. When using this feature:
Open Source LLMs:
EGDesk supports various open-source large language models. Each model may have its own license terms. You are responsible for complying with the respective licenses of any AI models you choose to run locally.
Open Source Nature:
EGDesk is currently available as open-source software. You may view, modify, and contribute to the source code in accordance with the applicable open-source license available in our GitHub repository.
Service Provided "As Is"
EGDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

While we do not handle your data, we are committed to helping users with technical issues. If you encounter problems, please contact us and we will provide support to the best of our ability.
EGDesk requests specific Google permissions to enable its features. Below is a complete list of permissions and their purposes:

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or through the Service. Your continued use of EGDesk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
EGDesk Pro is offered as a prepaid annual license. Depending on the payment method you choose, this is either a one-time annual charge (e.g. via PortOne / KGμ΄λμμ€ card payment in KRW) with no automatic renewal, or a recurring annual subscription (e.g. via PayPal) that renews automatically until cancelled.
Refunds. Because EGDesk Pro unlocks digital software features immediately upon payment, refund requests are handled as follows:
Cancellation. You may stop using the Service at any time. For prepaid annual licenses, cancellation does not trigger a partial refund for the unused portion of the term except as described above. For recurring subscriptions (e.g. PayPal), cancelling stops future renewal charges; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us using the information below with your order or payment ID.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
